Fabio is a flea monster that made his first and only debut on the Wii version of Rampage: Total Destruction. He is one of 30 playable monsters (40 on the Nintendo Wii version) and this is the only Rampage game he has appeared in.

He is an mutated Flea. He has an nose, has 4 limbs instead of 6, has an hair and beard , crazy looking teeths and a light yellow skin color

Fabio drank some Scum Soda and had a violent reaction, turning into a flea-like monster.

- It is unclear what the name "Fabio" is a pun on.
- Despite being a flea, Fabio only has four limbs.
- He is one of the few monsters, including Joe, to retain his human hairstyle and beard.
- Fabio has the second highest "Jumping" Rating of all the Monsters in Rampage: Total Destruction, second only to Eyegore. This is a reference of the fact that in real life, fleas have remarkable jumping prowess.
- Fabio is the only insect-type monster in Rampage: Total Destruction and the only one in the entire Rampage series.
- Fabio, along with Squirmy, Plucky, Fifi, Sarah, Brian, Cyril, Vern, Boris and Ruby are the only monsters without official descriptions detailed on the official Rampage: Total Destruction website.
